George is the founding director of Paladin, establishing the company with joint co-founder Lisa Earley in 1995. With over 25 years’ experience in the credit management industry, George has focused on forging strong partnerships with clients internationally, and has been a key driving force behind Paladin’s success. George champions providing every client with an honest, transparent service with a flexible approach to each client, and has worked to ensure these values are reflected in every aspect of Paladin’s services. He is also frequently involved in workshops and forums for trade associations to ensure best practices are followed across the industry.

Lisa Earley

CFO

Lisa Earley is the joint co-founder and Director of Paladin, and was a key figure in the establishment of the business in 1995. Coming from a background in accounting, Lisa now heads up our Accounts Team at our Head Office. Lisa is also on the board of the Association of Credit Professionals (ACP).

Lee Davensac

Operations Director

Lee has been with Paladin for over 14 years and has a background in the IT service delivery of investment banks and insurance services. His experience has given us a vital link between clients and customers, ensuring total compliance in IT and the broader financial services sector.

Molly Earley

HEAD OF CLIENT RELATIONS

As the Head of Client Relations, Molly has been instrumental in leading the success of global projects, delivering millions in accounts receivable recovery. By building strong relationships with our clients, Molly exemplifies all our most important values: transparent and honest service, frequent updates, regular reporting, and an accurate and efficient credit control service tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. This ensures value delivery for all our clients.

Simon Engelsman

Head of Legal Services

Simon has been qualified as a solicitor for 40 years. His expertise includes contentious and non-contentious aspects of secured lending, including compliance and documentation issues, recovery and enforcement considerations, and professional negligence and fraud claims on behalf of mortgage lenders.

Simon has also acted as an expert witness in matters of consumer credit, property-related disputes, and insolvency matters on behalf of insolvency practitioners, creditors, and debtors. His emphasis is on contractual disputes, commercial debt litigation, including white collar crime and director disqualification.

Aimee Herzig

Head of Litigation

Aimee brings a professional and determined energy to Paladin’s legal team. Her experience and leadership has delivered some excellent results for our clients across the globe. She has a very pragmatic view as to whether litigation is a realistic route and considers every option on a case-by-case basis, using her considerable understanding to determine the best outcome for our clients.

Four years ago, Robert embarked on his Paladin journey as an Analyst, diving deep into the intricacies of our business. This diverse experience not only honed his understanding of our operations but, crucially, equipped him with an exceptional grasp of our clients' needs. Now, as Head of Business Development, Robert builds strong relationships with each client, patiently unravelling their unique goals and challenges. Armed with his in-depth knowledge, he crafts bespoke solutions that propel them towards financial success. Renowned for his problem-solving prowess, Robert is not only a pillar of our team but also a trusted advisor to our clients.
